二、钢管及管配件技术要求（Steel pipe and pipe fittings technical requirements）：

1、钢管和管件Steel pipes and fittings

a.Steel pipes and fittings shall comply with the relevant provisions of AWWA C200. Dimensions for steel fittings shall conform to AWWA C208. 钢管和管件应符合AWWA C200或（钢管：API-SPEC-5L美国石油学会发布的标准，里面包括了螺旋焊接钢管、直缝焊接钢管和无缝钢管。管件：AWWA C218钢制水工业管件）的相关规定，钢管配件的尺寸应符合AWWA C208的规定。

b.Steel cylinder for pipe and fittings shall be fabricated from hot-rolled steel sheets or plates conforming to ASTM A283 Grade D, or ASTM A570 Grade C with a minimum yield point of 227.5 MPa. 用于制作管道和管件的钢筒应由符合ASTM A283 D级或ASTM A570 C级的热轧钢板或钢板制成，最小屈服点为227.5 MPa。

c.For steel pipes with a diameter less than DN200, seamless steel pipes shall be used, while for steel pipes with a diameter greater than or equal to DN200, spiral welded steel pipes shall be used. 管径＜DN200的钢管采用无缝钢管，管径≥DN200的钢管采用螺旋焊接钢管。

d.Steel pipe joints: welded joints or flange joints. 钢管接口：焊接或法兰连接。

e.Steel pipes internal lining and external coating: 钢管的内、外防腐：

①Steel pipes shall be lined with liquid epoxy in accordance with AWWA C210, and the minimum dry film thickness provided shall be 406 microns. lining of steel pipes for new installation shall be shop-applied.钢管应按照AWWA C210的规定采用液体环氧进行内衬（或者ANSI/AWWA C213 钢制管水管道和管件的熔结环氧涂层(FBE)和衬里），最小干膜厚度应为406 μm。新安装的钢管的内衬应在车间施工。

②Buried steel pipes shall be coated with liquid epoxy in accordance with AWWA C210, and the minimum dry film thickness provided shall be 406 microns.地埋钢管应按照AWWA C210的规定采用液体环氧进行外涂层（或者ANSI/AWWA C213 的规定采用熔粘结环氧涂层），最小干膜厚度应为406 μm。

③Above-ground steel pipes shall be coated with rubber alkyd, color blue in accordance with AWWA C218 1-D, and the minimum dry film thickness provided shall be 152 microns.地上钢管应采用符合AWWA C218 1-D规定的蓝色橡胶醇酸漆进行外涂层，最小干膜厚度应为152 μm。

④All requirements pertaining to the thickness, application and curing of lining specified for straight pipe shall also apply to fittings except that if the fitting cannot be lined centrifugally, it shall be lined by hand.所有与直管规定的衬里的厚度、应用和固化有关的要求也适用于管件，但如果管件无法采用离心衬里，则必须采用手工衬里。
